As it is stated in our Constitution, we do have certain expectations for our members
It shall be the Christian response of every member
- to attend worship services regularly
- to continue steadfastly in Bible study and prayer
- to witness to Christ in word and deed
- to devote time and talents to the service of God and man
- to participate actively in the work of the congregation
- to support financially the work of the congregation as God prospers
- to have children baptized, to give them a Christian home, and to bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord
- to read and comply with the constitution, bylaws, and adopted regulations of the congregation
- to lead a Christian life and abstain from manifest works of the flesh (Gal. 5:19-21)
- to support and encourage one another in the Christian faith
- to lovingly admonish one another according to Matthew 18:15-20
- to avoid membership in any organization which conflicts with Scripture (2 Cor. 6:14-18)
- and, in the case of communicant members, to commune frequently
